Practical checklists for a responsible fan visit to Looe and South East Cornwall.

Before leaving home

  • Check rail, bus or parking information from the current provider.
  • Check weather, tide and flood alerts.
  • Confirm opening and public access for every venue.
  • Plan toilets, rest points and the return journey.
  • Save an offline copy of essential booking and travel information.

Accessible-route checklist

  • Exact entrance and surface information confirmed.
  • Step-free route checked end to end.
  • Passenger assistance arranged in both directions where needed.
  • Accessible toilet availability and RADAR key requirements checked.
  • Shorter or seated alternative chosen.

Responsible photography

  • Remain on public land.
  • Do not photograph identifiable private interiors.
  • Keep entrances, quays and working routes clear.
  • Observe barriers and maritime warnings.
  • Ask before photographing individuals at work.

Wet-weather alternative

Replace exposed pier or coast sections with an authorised heritage venue, café or shorter central route. Never continue simply to reproduce a television view.
