Copyright and Takedown Policy
A clear route for rights holders and a conservative image policy.
What we publish
The rendered site uses original artwork, credited location photography and performer photographs only where an explicit reusable licence is recorded. It does not hotlink remote performer portraits. When a reusable portrait is unavailable, an original typographic identifier appears instead and is labelled as not being a likeness.
Credits are not permissions
A source link or photographer credit identifies the recorded provenance; it does not by itself claim that every underlying publicity, performer or programme right has been cleared. The production and rights page records the current approach transparently.
Takedown request
Provide the work, exact page URL, rights basis, contact information and requested resolution through the dedicated rights-holder email link. A representative may request correction, replacement, licence discussion, credit amendment or removal.
Review and action
A credible rights query will be acknowledged promptly. Material may be restricted during review when that is proportionate. Valid claims will be resolved through corrected credit, replacement, licensing or removal, with the action logged.
Good-faith disputes
If ownership or licence scope is unclear, seek qualified legal advice rather than republishing first and arguing later.
